Native entrepreneurs definitely face a different challenge trying to make it in the world of business.
For myself, I notice the privileges that are in the room and am quite aware that I am the only visibly First Nations person in that class. I notice that many people are born into that business mentality, being 2nd or more generation of farmers, accountants, scientists, etc. grants you a certain language and perception.
In some ways I have privilege too. I wasn’t born with a trust fund or even running water. I was born humbly aware that I am at the foothills of the mountain. With challenge comes invention. I bring something different to the game. As an aspiring #Nativepreneur I bring my people social games that will.
